Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K 640K

500K - $510k base compensation

100K starting and retention bonuses

15K annual bonuses

15K paid relocation

200k student loan repayment option

Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
