- Total starting comp package (new Grads) $630K – $640K
- 1:8 weekend call schedule
- Protected post-call day off
- $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses
- Bread and butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases
- No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
- Strong collaborative relationships with Departments of Surgery and Nursing
- Comfortable call with low callback rate
- Protected post-call days off
- 3-day weekend following post-weekend call
- Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K – 640K
- $500K - $510k base compensation
- $100K starting and retention bonuses
- $15K annual bonuses
- $15K paid relocation
- $200k student loan repayment option
- 8 weeks of paid time off
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance
- Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
- $10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist
- 14 CME days with stipend option for home study, 1 week is convertible to vacation time
