Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K - 640K 500K - $510k base compensation
100K starting and retention bonuses 15K annual bonuses 15K paid relocation 200k student loan repayment option 8 weeks of paid time off Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals 10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist Career Development
