ABOUT THE JOB: The Roof Analyst is responsible for inspections, gathering information for re-roof estimates, and maintaining correct and accurate records for estimator’s use.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make contact with the customer after the lead has been received and assigned. (i.e. set time and date for inspection)
- Verify that customer information has been entered and schedule inspection in system.
- Make sure that all materials that are needed to perform complete inspection have been acquired.
- Complete inspection and take pictures of all angles and areas of entire roof(s).
- Make sure all needed information is gathered.
- Complete all required paperwork for estimator.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess problem solving approach to job functions
- Good organization skills
- Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness.
- Must be willing to travel overnight on short notice nationwide.
- Must be willing to work weekends if necessary to complete work load.
