Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR policies and procedures
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
- Participate in HR projects and support strategic planning efforts
- Serve as backup for processing bi-weekly payroll when necessary.
- Support the HR department with administrative duties as assigned.
- Visit various community centers to create awareness of our organization
- Actively seek out and participate in community events
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think independently
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Available to adjust schedule to work nights & weekends.
