H&H Contracting, Inc is a heating/cooling/plumbing business, that is family owned. We are looking for a mature and optimistic individual to help with organization and running of daily office operations of a local, family run HVAC company. The ideal candidate will be an out-going individual that is self-motivated, hard-working, responsible, organized, energetic, that has a desire to be part of an upbeat team atmosphere.
Duties/responsibilities include:
Perform a variety of clerical, administrative and organizational tasks
Assist with billing process including invoicing and mailings
Database entry and maintenance
Ordering and stocking office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience:
Need to Have:
- Fluent in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Ability to organize, process, and prioritize projects from a variety of sources
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Drive to learn and excel in a fast paced environment
- Dependability
- Work Independently
- Self Motivated
Nice to have:
- Billing/invoice experience
- Office admin experience
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
