SUMMARY
Russell is currently seeking a Program Management System Administrator to provide technical support, administration, and maintenance of the company's project and program management systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the software platforms used for managing complex construction and program management projects are functioning effectively, securely, and in alignment with the company’s objectives. The Program Management System Administrator will work closely with project teams, IT departments, and third-party vendors to manage system configurations, user access, and data integrity, while also providing training and support to end users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Administer and maintain the company’s program and project management systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations in accordance with organizational policies.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of system-related problems.
- Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure that the program management system aligns with project requirements and company objectives.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential improvements, and implement system updates or upgrades as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system by developing and enforcing data management best practices.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, and system workflows.
- Provide training and onboarding to users, ensuring they are equipped to use the program management system effectively.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
- Support integration efforts between the program management system and other enterprise software systems (e.g., ERP, document management, etc.).
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project tracking and decision-making.
- Ensure system compliance with organizational and legal data security policies and industry standards.
- Perform work in a safe manner and actively encourage others to do the same.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in system administration, preferably in project or program management systems (e.g., Primavera, PMWeb, Procore, eBuilder).
- Experience with database management, system integration, and data reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of project and program management principles and processes.
- Proven ability to manage system configurations and ensure data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage system upgrades.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in training and supporting end users on complex software systems.
- Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Certification in systems administration or relevant technology (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, PMP) is a plus.
