SUMMARY
H.J. Russell & Company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Atlanta, GA office. This role will support the full recruitment lifecycle, specializing in Construction Management, Program Management, and other corporate positions. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting expertise and a strategic approach to identifying and attracting top talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, plus others may be assigned based on business needs:
Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, networking, and social media.
Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial phones interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the selection process
Manage job requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System (UKG), ensuring real-time updates and candidate dispositioning.
Create a positive candidate experience from the initial phone screen through the offer stage, while following up to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Conducting-take calls with hiring managers to support each geographic location which includes Atlanta, Dallas, Boston, Tampa, Houston, Seattle, and more!
Collaborate with Marketing to execute career fairs and recruitment events to create awareness around the Russell brand.
Perform work in a safe manner and actively engage others to do the same.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within Construction Management, Program Management, or related industries
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition best practices, and applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Data center recruiting experience is a plus!
