We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team within the Rollins Wildlife Division, including Critter Control, Trutech, MissQuito, and Bird Free. This position will be responsible for leading and executing our recruitment strategy, partnering with regional and district managers to fulfill talent needs across multiple locations. You will contribute to leadership recruiting efforts and create effective sourcing strategies to meet both immediate and long-term hiring goals.
Responsibilities
What are your key responsibilites?
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs for Critter Control, Trutech, MissQuito, and Bird Free, focusing on both field and corporate positions.
- Partner with regional and district managers to understand their staffing needs and build targeted recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand long-term staffing needs and support strategic talent planning.
- Ensure all leadership recruitment aligns with company culture, values, and business objectives.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, industry organizations, and educational institutions to expand the talent pool.
- Identify and implement creative recruitment solutions, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing techniques to attract top talent.
- Implement diversity and inclusion strategies within recruitment efforts to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist in recruiting high-level roles, particularly in leadership positions, by leveraging industry networks and advanced sourcing techniques.
Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles and a positive start with the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure all new hires complete necessary paperwork.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience to ensure employee engagement and retention.
Data-Driven Approach:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Make recommendations to improve recruiting strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment efforts comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working in multi-location or multi-brand environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
