What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Court Bartender position at H MART - Store?
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices are followed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional training such as TIPS Training, Food Handler, Serve Safe Training or any other certification in bartending is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (such as cases of liquor or beer)
