What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Court Bartender position at H Mart?

Responsibilities, but not limited to :

Greet customers warmly and take drink orders
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices are followed
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications / Skills :

Previous experience as a bartender preferred

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional training such as TIPS Training, Food Handler, Serve Safe Training or any other certification in bartending is a plus

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (such as cases of liquor or beer)
