What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Office Administrator position at H MART?
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining comprehensive records related to inventory, shipping, and receiving processes
- Schedule Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely preparation and smooth execution
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of delivery processes, including timestamps, quantities, and source/destination information
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between warehouse staff, management, and external vendors
- Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory control and assist in periodic stock checks
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and support general office organization
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Other duties assigned by the warehouse manager
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proficiency in Office Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and pay attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in finding solutions to administrative challenges
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in warehouse administration or related administrative roles preferred
