Key Role in Our Front Office

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our front office, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and support the day-to-day operations of our office.

About the Position:

  • Respond to phone calls and greet clients with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences.
  • Schedule appointments according to client availability.
  • Cordially bid farewell to departing clients, ensuring all current and future needs are addressed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless office operations.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for consideration.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity is an asset.
