Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, including SEC filings and compliance
- Manage investor relations and financial communications
- Monitor and manage cash flow, financial performance, and risk management
- Collaborate with executive team to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with proven success in regulatory compliance and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and experience in preparing for IPOs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence decision-making at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
