About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to support the Securities Lending Specialist function in Private Wealth. In this role, you will: Participate in providing one on one sales coaching within a smaller, less complex product line, single market, or business segment within Sales Enablement functional area Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to lower risk deliverables with narrow impact Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve sales performance Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements Provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers if applicable Required Qualifications: 3 years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in securities-based lending (PCL, margin facility, legacy PCL offering, etc), deposits, and sales enablement Open to be exposed in a client services environment Relevant exposure in supporting stakeholders/ senior management Amenable to observe a night shift schedule and observe a 100% onsite work set-up (Five NEO, Taguig) Job Expectations: The role will interface with Financial Advisors and is an extension of the onshore team.
