Job Title: Case Manager Supervisor – CDBG-DR Housing Recovery Program

Reports To: Case Manager Lead
Position Overview:
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of a team of Case Managers supporting applicants in a CDBG-DR funded housing recovery program. This role ensures quality service delivery, compliance with program guidelines, and supports continuous improvement across the applicant lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Case Managers providing support to homeowners impacted by disaster events.
- Review case files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CDBG-DR regulations.
- Train new case managers and provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated applicant concerns and policy clarifications.
- Track performance metrics and produce weekly progress reports for the Case Manager Lead.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
- 3 years of experience in case management, disaster recovery, or housing assistance.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Familiarity with CDBG-DR, FEMA IA, or similar programs preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
