What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hacienda Ford - Collision Center Customer Service Representative position at Hacienda Ford?
Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance
Update clients with repair progress and status accordingly.
Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs
Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.

Hours :
The Collision Center is open during the following hours :
Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Saturday 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
