We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support both our HR and Technology departments. This full-time, on-site role plays a vital part in keeping our team organized, efficient, and employee-focused.
Responsibilities:
Technology Support

Set up, wipe, and manage company phones and devices

Assist with phone bill audits and tech inventory

Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to technology

Complete additional tasks assigned by the Technology Department
HR Support

Input data into the HRIS system from spreadsheets, physical forms, etc.

Digitize, scan, and file HR documents
-
Monitor and respond to HR-related text messages and communications
-
Support various administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Department
Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones, computers, and digital tools

Friendly and patient when assisting others with technology

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
