As a Service Coordinator, you'll drive revenue for our Service departments by scheduling service appointments through inbound customer calls and text messages.
You'll also contribute to the safety of the community by alerting them when they are due for maintenance or have open safety recalls through outbound calls.
You'll thrive in this role if you possess outstanding communication skills, have a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition, and the ability to retain knowledge to handle every kind of call that comes in.
Creative thinking to come up with new lists to call or wording to try will be a huge bonus when it comes to hitting appointment goals.

Essential Duties
Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of scheduling a service appointment
Master and follow all training materials and processes.
Keep current with service specials and recall notices from the manufacturer
Develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and maintenance / repair services associated with our service departments
