Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for rendering general nursing care in accordance with state and federal guidelines. This will include administering approved nursing techniques to prescribed medications and treatments, preparing and aiding the Physicians during treatments and examinations of residents, continuously observing residents for any significant conditions and reactions of residents and notifying Nurse Supervisor or Physician of resident's conditions or reaction to drugs, treatments and incidents.
Qualifications
- Must have a current active state licensure from the WI Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/compact state
- CPR certification required
- BLS Certification required
