Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our cleaning teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Training and Development: Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance performance and skill development.

Requirements:
