Description:
Including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
(This is a three pronged position divided between marketing, transaction coordination and operations).
Social Media/Marketing-
Create and upload 4-5 posts/wk
Just listed, pending, sold as they come in
Manage google business page
Plan, market and organize team events
Manage client referral program
Create and email holiday flyers
Send cards every week for client bdays, housaversary, etc.
TC Responsibilities-
Review and upload all transaction related documents into Command
Send vendor timeline to all parties involved in a transaction with all pertinent dates (by end of next business day)
Keep clients appraised of the transaction process with welcome, midway and final timeline emails.
Follow all important dates with the transaction, supply lender, title and others involved with necessary documents, u&o, payoffs, title certs, EMD’s, etc.
Close listings in bright
Enter new listings, ensure all documents are uploaded and in order
Create listing binder
Request and manage client reviews
Drop off/pick up signs, lockboxes, home staging supplies
Operations-
Add important dates to the team calendars
Maintain expense file and monthly expense reports
Update and maintain transaction spreadsheets and track team data
Track leads and lead sources
Work with team leader to develop a streamlined and efficient system for both new clients and pending/past clients. Then implement and oversee the processes to ensure an efficient and successful real estate team.
Expectations:
16-30 hours/wk depending on season and workflow
Hybrid work schedule, minimum of 14/hrs week in person
Qualifications:
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Strong strategic planning abilities
- Experience in profit & loss and expense reports
- Background in real estate strongly preferred
- Marketing experience required
- Proven ability to work and collaborate with sales teams
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 26 per week
