Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Miami, FL. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, policy development and implementation, and performance management. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the food/hospitality industry – is a must.
- Previous experience with Payroll - is a must.
- Bilingual - Spanish and English - is a must.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Operates with the utmost integrity and trust.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
