What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Woodworker/Cabinet Builder position at Hallmark Cabinet?
Experienced final assembly lead.
Duties include but not limited to
Hinging cabinet door. Installing doors, drawers, and fronts on cabinet. Installing all hardware that the cabinet requires such as lazy susans, other corner hardware, pull outs, drawer dividers and trays. Problem solving and the ability to direct team members to keep work flowing.
Experience
- Proven experience as Cabinet builder/final assmebly
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and a basic understand of cabinet shop
equipment such as planners, jointers, widebelt sanders, shapers, etc etc.
- Knowledge of different types of wood materials and their characteristics
- Familiarity with woodworking techniques and joinery methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
