WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
As a Care Advocate, you will be responsible for handling calls, chats, and emails while providing exceptional customer service by addressing consumer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This involves actively listening to their needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts as a part of the weekly schedule. In terms of the impact on Hallmark's business, you will play a crucial part in maintaining strong relationships with our consumers. By effectively managing occasional projects and providing excellent customer service, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of Hallmark's business.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of retail, wholesale sales or previous customer service experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience with PC navigation and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint)
- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule and able to work an 8:30am – 5:00pm PST shift, some holidays, weekends, overtime as needed & some corporate holidays
- Reliable internet connection
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in navigating multiple data entry systems and applications, as well as working with dual monitors
- Proficient in solving complex problems
- Intellectually curious and self-motivated; experienced in dealing with complex concepts and situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear and concise
- Multitasking skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet assigned objectives
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills needed to resolve consumer complaints
- Fast learner
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- The salary range for this job is between $19.50 and $21/hour. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
- Work schedules are based on Hallmark eCare Hours of operation which are 8:30am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
- This role includes Saturday and Sunday as a part of the regular weekly schedule.
