We are looking for a passionate Talent Management, Manager who will further develop our company's talent initiatives enhancing employee capability, engagement, and career growth. Reporting to the CHRO, you will collaborate very closely with HR and business leaders to further develop career and leadership programs, performance management strategies, and employee experience initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR/Talent professional with 5 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and drive high-impact programs in a dynamic and vigorous environment.
HALO is committed to its hybrid workplace model and believes bringing teams together in person on common days is essential to operate as One HALO. As part of this effort, we require employees who reside within a 30-mile radius of the Sterling or Oakbrook, IL offices to work at least 1x a month.
Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Performance Optimization:
· Enhance and execute talent management processes that align with business objectives and company values.
· Oversee performance management programs, ensuring fairness, consistency, and high-impact outcomes.
· Implement succession planning frameworks and leverage data-driven insights to improve talent strategies.
Leadership & Employee Development:
· Design and deliver leadership development programs, both in-person and virtually, to all levels of the organization.
· Develop engaging learning materials, including training guides and e-learning modules, to support career growth.
· Partner with HR and business leaders to implement career pathways and job alignment frameworks.
Program Development & Implementation:
· Execute employee engagement strategies using data insights to improve workplace satisfaction and retention.
· Develop and implement coaching, mentoring, and training programs to enhance employee development.
· Introduce innovative tools and resources that drive talent and organizational growth.
Culture, DEI, and Employee Engagement:
· Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, increase engagement, and reinforce core values while developing communication strategies that align talent processes with business goals.
· Support and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts to foster an inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or HR roles.
- Excellent experience partnering and communicating with business leaders and external partners to execute talent strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and learning management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics and metrics.
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $125,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
