Responsibilities
- Develop & Manage Schedules: Issue weekly and monthly schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan Maintenance Operations: Coordinate orders, purchase necessary parts, and arrange contractor services.
- Track & Communicate Progress: Publish weekly KPIs and maintain open communication on completed work and overtime needs.
- Ensure Work Quality: Verify work requests for accuracy, including correct equipment and clear scope definitions.
- Uphold Safety & Compliance: Adhere to plant safety policies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent (required).
- Certification or experience with Primavera P6 and Last Planner (preferred).
- Experience in Industrial maintenance in small to medium-sized chemical or oil/gas production facilities (required).
- 10 years of experience with Chempax or SAP enterprise resource planning software (required).
- FDA cGMP experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
- Trouble shooting skills and knowledge of electrical tools.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Weekly and monthly schedules are issued and executed seamlessly.
- Maintenance operations are proactively planned and efficiently completed.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked, published, and show measurable improvement.
- Work requests are accurate, and workflows are optimized for productivity.
