RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks when required:
· Listen to customers’ concerns, issues, and questions
· Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
· Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
· Open new customer accounts
· Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise
· Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
· Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
· Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Requirements:
The Customer Service Representative must have at a minimum of the following attributes:
· Must have excellent customer service skills
· Have great personable and attentive skills
· The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· The ability to see the bigger picture and strategically plan how individual pieces fit together. Focus on the overarching goal and how each action contributes to it.
· Have the ability to stay organized with schedules, maintain client databases, process orders, and many other duties
· Strong communication skills
· Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and good active listening skills
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Must know the products offered in the company and have a good understanding of what each of the products are used for
