What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Hamilton Connections?
Hamilton Connections is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounting Specialist for a growing shoreline area manufacturing company.
This is a full-time (9am-5pm), Direct-Hire position.
This position requires handling all business accounting functions, including but not limited to the following :
- Running reports and maintaining financial documents.
- Provide administrative support for accounting, sales and finance departments.
- Handle account receivables and / or payables.
- Assist with payroll functions.
- Enter financial information into computer system.
- Managing customer / vendor accounting issues.
- Other accounting tasks as needed
Candidates should have proven work experience and / or combination of education (Accounting degree) and related experience.
Salary is based on experience but will range from $60-$80k per year.
