MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER Reports To: VP Operations or Senior Account Manager
Major Goals: - Meet or exceed sales & profitability goals. - Communicate with Clients, the Production Manager, the VP of Operations and Technical Support Staff to provide outstanding proactive service in order to retain accounts year to year. - Work closely with the Production Manager and Technical Support Staff (Horticulturalist, Irrigation Technicians, Enhancement Manager, Salespersons & Subcontractors) in the performance of the contracted maintenance services within the budgeted hours.
Key Results:
Client communication & satisfaction.
Coordinated effort with the Production Manager to meet or exceed budgeted profitability through efficient scheduling & increased productivity. quality, safety, and company policies.
Leadership of APL team and employee retention & development.
Coordinate pricing & execution of contract extras to budgeted profits.
Direct & monitor Technical Support Staff on the jobs. Implement and monitor safety programs.
Lead APL team in problem solving on assigned sites.
Snow removal during winter season & special projects as directed.
Manage timely submission of accurate paperwork: site reports, time sheets & logs, weekly safety meetings, & site measurements.
Performance Standards:
.Completion of contract work within budget hours and schedules.
Quality rating of accounts as determined by customer and VP Operations.
Ensure effective training of APL staff to; maintain quality service, care for Company equipment, and comply with Company Safety Program & policies. records, and employee turnover.
Obtain contract extras as defined by annual budget on contract jobs.
Promote & contribute to high team morale through improvements, attitude, and encouragement of team members to overall company morale.
Meet deadlines defined by Company policy, prodedures & as agreed upon with Supervisors.
Demonstrate professional conduct & appearance at all times.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
