Salary: Starting at $60,000 per year, DOE. Plus Performance Bonus throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential commercial clients.
- Manage a portfolio of landscaping maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement plans to meet clients’ landscaping needs, including seasonal services and enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
- Monitor and report on account performance, addressing any issues proactively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
