About the Role
The operations manager has a key leadership role focused on maximizing the efficiency and profitability of our organization"s day-to-day operations. This person will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies, streamline processes, and meet quality standards across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem-solver with an eye for detail and process optimization.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company"s overall goals and vision.
- Process Optimization : Identify and analyze current business processes, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Performance Management : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and prepare regular reports for the General Manager. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Quality Control : Oversee and enforce quality standards across all operational areas, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Vendor Management : Negotiate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while optimizing costs.
- Marketing Operations Strategy : develop and implement operational strategies for marketing that drive efficiency and effectiveness and support business goals.
- Technology Management : Analyze, recommend, implement, and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline marketing campaigns and measure performance.

Compensation for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus a monthly bonus depending on experience.
