Area Director of Sales – Hilton Garden Inn, downtown Buffalo and Hyatt Place, Niagara Falls
Hamister Group is hiring an Area Director of Sales to join our leadership team and manage the sales efforts for our Hilton Garden Inn, downtown Buffalo and Hyatt Place, Niagara Falls hotels.
As the Area Director of Sales, you will lead and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, foster strong relationships with clients, and lead our sales team to exceed targets.
Reporting to and in collaboration with our Regional Director of Sales, your strategic vision and leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase bookings.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in hotel sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets, is a MUST. Multi-property hotel sales experience is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
Must be in the Buffalo/Niagara area or willing to relocate.
