Housekeeping - Housekeeping Aide Our newly renovated 88 room Staybridge Suites Rochester University Hotel is seeking outgoing, personable, professional part-time or Full-time housekeeping candidates to provide our guests with superior customer service. Hours: 9am - 4:30pm  or 10 am - 5:30pm Responsibilities include: Mop and vacuum Guest room suites daily. Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets and tub-showers, restock soap, toilet paper, and provide clean towels. Thoroughly clean entire Guest Room Suite to include: Kitchenette, Bathroom, washing windows, dusting counter tops, dresser tops, lamps and light bulbs. Strip dirty linens from rooms and make beds and refresh towels with clean linens. Empty trash cans on a daily basis. Combination of Light Touch and Full Clean housekeeping duties. Clean guest rooms as assigned according to hotel and brand standards, all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way. Act as an advocate for the hotel, create personal experiences and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return. Ensures guest satisfaction by cleaning guestrooms and corridors daily according to operational policies and standards. Maximizes job efficiency by maintaining and organizing supply cart, supply closet and vacuum cleaner.
