Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast items according to established standards and menus.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces after use.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Monitor food supplies and restock as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
- Assist with catering events or special breakfasts as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food presentation techniques.
- Experience in bussing or restaurant settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices is beneficial; training will be provided as necessary.
