What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Hampton by Hilton?
- Performs cleaning duties in all guest rooms in the allowed average time of 30 minutes.
- Changing and refreshing linens and supplies. Vacuum, Sweep, Mop, Dust and Sanitizing all areas of the room and bathroom.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed per company and Hilton Standards.
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, toiletries, extra towels, etc.
- Report all maintenance concerns to your supervisor or maintenance.
