The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of the hotel’s facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, equipment, and exterior grounds. This role ensures a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for safety and maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop and storage areas
- Assist with setup and breakdown for hotel events or seasonal needs
- Perform painting, carpentry, or drywall work as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
- Be available for occasional on-call or emergency maintenance needs

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
