Duties:

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize hotel management systems to track room inventory and update guest records.
- Handle phone calls and messages from guests, ensuring effective communication and resolving any concerns.
- Provide guests with information on hotel amenities and services, including dining options, room services, and recreational activities.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times, and perform tasks such as answering phones, taking reservations, and maintaining the hotel's phone systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain high-quality guest services and ensure the hotel's overall success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Services Representative.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including guest services, room management, and hotel management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to lift and move hotel supplies, and to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with resort operations is a significant advantage.
