Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
