What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server and Bartender position at Hamptons Aristocrat?
ABOUT US:
Hamptons Aristocrat is a farm-focused hospitality group, focusing on intimate events, fine-dining drop off catering, private chef services and full-service events (and weddings). Our clientele is mostly made up of Hamptons-based private families, luxury brands (fashion, cosmetic press) celebrities. We specialized in intimate fine dining experiences in both the Hamptons NYC, attracting high-end corporate private clients.
SEEKING
FOH staffing including Servers, Bartenders, Event Managers. We offer a very competitive hourly wage, a wonderful work environment, and great team. Looking for eager, experienced, professional self motivated people to join our team.
AVAILABLE ROLES:
FOH Servers / Bartenders: $25 - $40 / hour (plus in some cases gratuity) - Weddings Large Scale / F B service experience expected, most events are in The Hamptons but we have a handful in NYC, must have your own mode of transportation.
Captain / Team Leader / Manager / POC: $40 - $65 / hour, requires a minimum of 3 years as a Captain, manager or team leader.
Private Chef Server: $40 / hour, requires 5 years in fine dining / catering experience, requires committing to special training days, role subject to approval
Delivery Driver: $18 / hour (plus cash tips direct from clients) – valid drivers license, weekends
Kitchen Assistant at Private Chef Events: $20 / hour – help during a private chef events, help plate dishes, clean up / wash dishes, serve
TYPES OF EVENTS WE OFFER:
LARGE SCALE EVENT / WEDDING (6-10 hour days): work along with a large team to set up, execution serve one of our large scale weddings or events.
PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE: (6 hour shifts): work as the server/kitchen asst/bartender along with one of our private chefs to execute a small form dinner at a private home. First course is plated, dinner is family style dessert is plated. You will arrive onsite, help set the table, set out hors d’oeuvres. Proper table service required for the dinner (table service, clearing, wine service, storing away of rentals or clients dishware). Training will be required for this service. Tips are expected at the end of the evening.
