    • Requirements for Evenings Front Desk Receptionist :

  • High school diploma preferred

    • Job Duties for Evenings Front Desk Receptionist :

  • Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines
  • Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines
  • Assist with necessary testing of visitors
  • Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms
  • Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
