Requirements for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):
- RN or LPN in state of Massachusetts in good standing
- Infection Preventionist Certification
- SDC experience preferred
Job Duties for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):
Dementia training and policy and procedures
Conducts the facility new hire orientation process
Participates in the facility Quality assurance process
Maintains staff licensure, certification, physicals and immunization for compliance
Collecting necessary mandatory education related to fire safety
