Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced (minimum 2 years), self - starter, and motivated Aesthetic Outside Sales Representative who is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys building relationships with clients to buy our product. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base leveraging selling skills with your product knowledge and technical knowledge within your designated territory. You will not be alone! You will be working with and having weekly meetings with your regional sales team, under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales. This position will coordinate sales activity and processes with prospective and current clients through our Hub Spot CRM, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Regularly recruit doctors to attend MINT, KLARDIE and TargetCool seminars, trainings and conventions.
- Achieving sales quota and goals by continually visiting med spa's in assigned accounts and territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Attends weekly meetings; under the direction of Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales; develops sales plans to optimize sales activities and achieve target sales performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Attends industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote our products. (Weekends)
- Prepares and submits Weekly Sales Reports.
- Daily entry into the CRM.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years Sales Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and skincare products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM's.
- Experience with Micro Soft Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Important to have time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 75% as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
