We are currently seeking a qualified Marketing Specialist who is primarily responsible for implementing user experience and design updates to the brands under HansBiomed USA Inc. This position works closely with the Marketing Manager to create new web pages and redesign existing website content. You will be responsible for the overall maintenance and enhancement of the company’s websites and Shopify platform. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at improving website navigation, merchandising, front-end code adjustments, and ensuring our product presentations are compelling, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly. You will also work closely with different departments to implement updates and changes to the website, ensuring a seamless and engaging browsing and shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and maintain WordPress and Shopify templates to ensure the website is responsive, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest web design trends.
- Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and strategy across Hans USA’s digital properties in line with each brand’s style guide.
- Enhances websites with photos, graphics, and videos that support overall branding and align with targeted campaign messaging and business goals.
- Creates and optimizes digital media assets, including photos, video, and graphics for use on all websites.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement necessary updates and changes to the website, including new page additions, content updates, and functionality improvements.
- Identifies recommendations for UI/UX across websites and ensures website presence meets accessibility and usability best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Web Design, or related fields required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience with WordPress and Shopify management, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge in website content development, web content management systems, content marketing, and user experience/user design principles for desktop, mobile device, and tablets.
- Proficiency with Elementor and/or Duda website builders strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or other graphic design tools strongly preferred.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience not needed, but helpful.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 DOE
