Position Overview
Offering a suite of transparency services, Xogene is a leader in innovative technologies and expert services to meet global clinical trial transparency. Combining deep transparency expertise with a modern technology stack, Xogene provides software solutions to automate tedious processes and track myriad studies, regulations and statuses. Our unique technology solutions offer different ways to streamline and enhance various aspects of the clinical trial disclosure requirements including the use of AI Agentic networking.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will initially assist in a variety of marketing initiatives and projects. Your main responsibility will be to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our business goals and target audiences. The ideal candidate will quickly grow into the role of managing all marketing activities, ensuring they are well-organized, have clear deadlines, defined requirements, and are assigned to the appropriate team members. This role requires a quick learner who can grasp Xogene's domain and effectively present content and news to the public via various platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject manage day to day processes of all marketing initiatives and projects, ensuring they are well organized with clear-timelines requirements and assigned tasks. Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.Quickly learn Xogene's domain and identity and integrate it into all marketing activities.Assist in managing the Company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all channels.Assist with planning and organizing client events, including the Company annual conference, by coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and supporting promotional activities.Help create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, industry platforms, intranet and blog.Coordinate and participate in the planning and execution of events, such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.Support the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, press releases and case studies.Contribute to crafting and executing effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.Support with the optimization of the Company website for search engines (SEO) and ensure a user-friendly experience.Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to refine marketing approaches.Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure.Continuously seek ways to innovate and differentiate Xogene's marketing approach in the competitive landscape.Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor' Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field3 years of marketing, communications, PR, or marketing agency experienceExperience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical or clinical research industry a plusStrong writing, presentation, and facilitation skillsStrong project management, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
