Our client, a highly regarded global organization known for its outstanding workplace culture, is seeking a Systems Analyst responsible for the definition, refinement, design, testing, and implementation of highly technical requirements based on business and functional requirements.

Location: Greater Seattle Area, onsite 4 days per week

Compensation: Varied depending on experience. Estimated range is between $115,000 to $175,000 per year plus bonus and stock options.
The Systems Analyst will work with and when needed, lead cross-functional development teams and vendors to deliver high quality products based on a collaborative vision and values through a steady release plan using agile, (Kanban & Scrum) delivery methods.
In addition, the Systems Analyst will perform system, application, and data analysis. The work will include developing, testing, supporting user and data interfaces, and products. Providing direction on technical designs and the configuration of the Point-of-Sale platforms; collaborating with business stakeholders, business analysts, IT infrastructure, and development teams to capture, justify, and prioritize technology needs and issues. Included will be performing the tasks necessary to develop and implement new solutions in our client’s Point of Sale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define, design, and implement system requirements based on Product Owner inputs.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for product improvements to enhance functionality and performance.
- Ensure technical requirements are aligned with architectural guidelines and standards.
- Design and configure POS applications, ensuring traceability back to original requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and system testing.
- Provide mentoring to project teams and assist in growing team members’ technical skills.
- Build relationships with vendors’ product development teams.
- Manage and drive configuration implementations across applications and interfaces.
- Analyze systems and data to identify issues and design solutions.
- Participate in the development of deployment plans and training materials.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and governance.
Required Experience:
- 4-5 years with Toshiba ACE, SKY/4690 OS and hardware solutions.
- 4-5 years with Self-Checkout Solutions.
- 3-4 years with Toshiba Elevate Platform.
- 1-2 years with Toshiba Elera Platform.
- 3-4 years with POS remote enterprise tools and management of register hardware firmware.
- 1-2 years with database support and Cloud-based solutions (GCP, Azure).
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of PCI, SOX, and Data Governance.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Available for after-hours and on-call support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of buying, membership, and front-end operations.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail.
- Deep understanding of evolving Point of Sale industry standards and technologies.
- Thorough understanding of Agile, Kanban & Scrum product development frameworks, principles, and values.
