We are partnering with innovative financial services organization who are looking for a strategic and people-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support their growing team.
Role Overview:
As one of the firms HR Business Partner's, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s people strategy, partnering with leadership and employees to enhance engagement, performance, and development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally coming from big tech or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing HR guidance on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent development needs, ensuring employees have access to growth opportunities.
- Oversee performance management processes, coaching managers on best practices for feedback and career development.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract and retain top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage employee relations matters, fostering a fair and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while continuously improving HR programs and processes.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of HRBP experience in a technology-driven or financial services technology environment.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership in a high-performance, data-driven organization.
- Strong experience in talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR strategies.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where agility and adaptability are key.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hedge funds, proprietary trading, fintech, or big tech firms.
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive HR initiatives from conception to execution.
- Exposure to HR systems and tools that support data-driven decision-making.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on experience, with additional financial bonuses included in the total compensation package.
