Senior Practice Manager - Up to $225k base & bonus
We are currently partnering with a leading law firm, who are looking for a Senior Practice Manager to join the team supporting the corporate / transactional practice group. This newly created role offers an opportunity to drive operational efficiency, resource management, and strategic initiatives within the practice.
This individual will be working closely with the Managing Partner of the practice, as well as the Chief People Officer, to deliver the following objectives :
- Oversee practice management operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with firm objectives.
- Manage staffing, financial oversight, and workflow optimization within the practice.
- Work closely with partners, attorneys, and leadership teams to enhance practice performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business Development on key strategic initiatives.
