The Corporate Office is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant.
The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices and reconciling accounts. They should have strong communication skills, a good computer aptitude, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a non-exempt, part-time position. The average hours will be 15 - 20 per week, Monday through Friday. The schedule is semi-flexible. The position has potential to expand.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and credit memos from vendors accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Salary : $15 - $18
