What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Happy Life HCS?

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and insurance.
  • Verifying the availability of inhouse incontinence supplies.
  • Confirming appointments and arranging meeting venues.
  • Managing financial expenses and employee weekly schedules.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines.
  • Answering scheduling via phone.
  • Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
  • Performing other administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Extensive experience with office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in managing and rescheduling shifts, as well as recordkeeping.
  • Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings with venue availability.
  • Experience in Title 19 preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Fast learner
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Every weekend
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Salary : $10 - $12
